In the event that you would like to make a return, we accept merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date. No credit will be given for returns received past the two-week mark.
We will only accept items that are in new condition (unwashed, unaltered, original tags attached). All returned shoes must have NO signs of wear and must be in the original packaging. All damaged items received must be reported within 3 days of receipt or we are unable to accept.
-Items purchased during a sale or under our "sale" tab
-Items purchased using a discount code
-Items purchased with a gift card/store credit

Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a different size, it is recommended to return your item and reorder the item to ensure that you are able to get the correct size before it sells out.
LOST, REFUSED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:
Refused or undeliverable packages due to customer error are subject to reshipment fees. If you decide not to re-ship the order you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the initial shipment. We will do our best to assist with items lost in transit however ultimately, we are not responsible for any lost items. If this occurs, you are advised to file a claim with and/or contact your local post office for additional information.
The price of your returned item(s), minus any original shipping fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment. A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please allow us 5-7 business days from the date we received your package to fully process your return.

Step 1: Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and the specific item(s) you would like to return. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line! We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Step 2: Complete the return form that you received with your package and include it with your return. We ask that you also include a copy of the invoice. Securely place your items in the original packaging.
Step 3: Once we receive your package, please allow us 5-7 business days to fully process your return. Once we have processed your return you will be updated on the status via email.
